Shipping+Packaging Update #1

Good Afternoon everyone! I finally received my pins and I am in the process of grading/backing them (with my sister and friend's help). However, as I stated before, I DO NOT have a free weekend until mid to late December to due irl obligations and conventions (I flew in from Texas yesterday and I am flying to NYC today). I am booked and have a lot on my plate, so I will do my best to finish your orders and get it out to you as soon as possible! My sister will be helping me back the pins as I am gone for a week at NYC and I'll be packaging them during my free time when I'm not at conventions or have obligated events. Please be patient with me and I'll try to get it out as soon as possible to the best of my abilities (it is most likely be shipped out mid December)! LET ME KNOW/MESSAGE ME IF YOU WANT A CHANGE OF ADDRESS! I know some people are moving or going back to school/home in some cases, so if you want a change of address, please let me know and I will have it noted. It's been a long process, but thank you once again for being so kind to me and backing this project. Once everything is shipped out, I will have a poll if you guys want a preorder or a kickstarter for the second set I plan to have in the future. I can't wait to add more characters and spread the love for my love of this game.

Good evening everyone! It's been about a month and two weeks since I've made my last update (almost two months) and I have some great news. My manufacturer has finally shipped out the Kickstarter pins and they are currently on their way. HOWEVER, due to a lot of delays in post in china or the USA in general, it will take approximately 1-2 weeks to get to me. The package is dated to come to me later this week but this can delay since a lot of merch goods are delayed in general. Please be patient with me and any other preorders/kickstarters you guys have funded. A lot of artists have been working hard with their manufacturers to make this process swift and convenient for everyone.
I also DO NOT have a free weekend until mid to late December to due irl obligations and conventions (I just flew in an hour ago from Youmacon and I finally had the time to settle down to make a proper update). If you want to be updated with my convention schedule please check it out here.

Delay in the Manufacturing process

Good Evening everyone! It's been a while since I've updated something, but I'm here to bring some unfortunate news. So a lot of manufacturers have been delayed due to either covid-19 or recent environmental protection laws.
My manufacturer said this exactly,
"Hello Grace, but sorry to tell you bad news. At present, our country environmental protection is very strict. The 9 provinces are implementing staggering power consumption to ensure safe operation of power grid. The power is cut off for 6 days a week, and only one day can be produced. Therefore, the delivery date of recently orders will be delay, please inform your customer early if possible, thanks."
So there will be a delay in the manufacturing process unfortunately. I hate that it came to this and if I weren't DCMA-ed for an entire month, the process would have been a lot more smoother. I hope you guys all understand that it will take more time to finish these pins (since Scaramouche,Dainsleif, Aether, and Lumine are not made yet).
I will be keeping tabs on my manufacture to ensure they are making swift process. Thank you all for being so patient with me. I will send a poll in a few weeks if you all want another kickstarter or a preorder for a PART 2 of this Genshin Impact Enamel Pin Set! I like kickstarter for hyping things up but sometimes preorders are a lot more convenient.

Backerkit Survey Lock and Card Charges

Good Afternoon Everyone!
There's only several people left who haven't filled out their backerkit survey. PLEASE FINISH YOUR SURVEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, as I will be locking in the survey either tonight or tomorrow afternoon. After the lock, I will be charging your cards for final payments. Don't forget to double check your addresses and the pins you have chosen/added to your pledge!
After the charge, I will be putting the orders for manufacturing, which will take about 1 and a half months (give or take) to complete.
If you have any questions regarding your pledge,add-ons, etc, please message me on kickstarter or instagram for further inquiries! I have been really busy but I'll reply as soon as I can. I will be traveling to another convention this wednesday and will be coming back monday, so I want this to be done as soon as possible!
